We had been robbed, the front door glass was smashed, our property manager organised them to come round ASAP. They called me and said they would have someone around within the hour, he arrived shortly and though he didn't have the right glass he went back to his office to get it. The Glass they replaced it with was higher quality and he was polite and friendly and respectful of the fact we were feeling really shaky. I would not hesitate to use them again
