What can I say. Absolutely disgusting. It's a shame I have to give these guy's one star just to write a review. After taking my expensive watch to them for a simple battery change they damaged my watch while the man was using a screw driver and hammer to take the back cover off. The watch now is not working and will be a very expensive repair job at a watch maker as he refuses to repair it. After mentioning it to some local friends in the area they also have had problems with this business. Do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere

Don't let their dirty hands touch your watch. A nice boutique looking shop, but appearance can be deceiving. After a battery change of my Longines watch, dusts and black marks shown up on the face of the watch, and the face of the watch is slightly tilted to the right. Brutal scratches also shown up on the back of the watch. It so happened that they dont have the tools to open the watch and transferred the job to an arrogant overweight shoe repairer across the road in a dusty workshop for shoe repairs not watches! It will cost me over $500 to get the watch serviced now. They are watch breakers not repairers!

Good and friendly service. Have had many of my shoes re-soled and always happy with the work done. Would definitely recommend to everyone

The best place for seeing a Shoe Doctor!

I have had boots and shoes re-soled and have purchased leather care products and sneaker treatments. Service is efficient, no-nonsense. Prices are reasonable. They can do a quick, cheap job if you want, but you get what you pay for and they offer more expensive but better products and repairs, which are worth it. Last visit I got a pair of expensive shoes dyed black and 3 months later, they haven´t let me down.
