Poppyseed bagels are a winner and they can make them up there for you with salon and cream cheese (Just like in New York) Super yummy!

I used to work in a cafe opposite Glicks and would come here for my daily fix of Eclairs. Have tried eclairs at other places but none taste as good as the ones at Glicks. The bagels here are pretty good too, especially the ones with poppy seeds.

Glick's have the most amazing bagels and sweet challahs. Glick's is a very good kosher bakery selling parve and dairy, with nice pastries and cakes. Additionally they have a sandwich bar and sell items like fried fish and fried fish-balls which are lovely.

The service is not great but the food is delicious. These are real bagels not bread roll mixture that is shaped like a bagel like a lot of other shops. I love having a bagel made up with my favourite fillings, avocado, tomato, etc. They also sell premade savoury Kosher foods, breads, little cakes, biscuits. I'm addicted to the 'everything bagel'. They keep adding something new to the menu, like different flavoured bagels.

good kosher food.. some times under staffed especialy in peak times on fridays when 10000 ppl come to get challah! hire more staff!

I love their poppyseed bagels and they're good value at 80c each. I also love the baked cheesecake and the blintzes with cream cheese filling.

Great bagels and breads. They also have lots of cakes, muffins etc. The sourdough bread is to die for. Customer service is very slow, especially on a Friday and Sunday.

Whenever I go to Glick's in Balaclava, I am amazed at the amazing variety of simply wonderful baked goods. Everything I have bought there is so delicious, not just the sweet cakes and desert items but the bagels, breads and savoury dishes. The pizza cafe is also great. They make simply fantastic pizzas there. I love going to Glick's but my waistline doesn't.

I love getting the bagels from Glicks, they have a good variety and are so fresh. Fridays are always busy but during the week it's much quieter. Customer service isn't always the best, I'm afraid. But apart from that they're great!

i have never been treated so atrociously in a shop in my entire life! for half an hour i stood at the counter without any of them batting an eyelid. terrible service and bo variety. and they call themselves a bakery! absolutely shocking!
