Just had a massage by Dora. She was very professional and the massage very relaxing. I would definitely recommend Glo Beauty.

Justine introduced me to 'Sugaring'. It's a kind of waxing using completely biodegradable products. It is the best wax I've ever had - smoothest, no hairs left, least painful. She said that it will even last longer than traditional waxing. I don't usually write reviews but I just wanted to share so that others can benefit! Thanks Justine!!

I have never felt compelled to review a beauty salon experience before but my first encounter with this salon was so terrible I just have to warn others. As a new client booking in for a number of treatments under a promotional offer it was clear from booking through to the service provision that: -staff do not communicate with each other -some staff are very rude and completely unenthusiastic and have no customer service skills -treatments are overpriced for what you get -the staff are not clear on what is and isn't available from their service 'menu' -in summary my experience told me this business is very dysfunctional and unprofessional The whole experience has put me off ever trying out a new beauty salon regardless of how good an offer looks! You've been warned people!

My friends and I have tried this salon a few times and while I can agree with past posts about the staff here being very friendly and proffessional, I did find their knowledge of sensitive skin (which I have) quite limiting. Many of their products were too harsh on my skin, including exfoliation treatments. My friends on the other hand enjoy normal skin and have experienced great results. So, if you have normal skin you will be delighted with the results at this salon, but if you have very sensitive skin- stay away!

It was my first time at Glo and I had really high expectations. It turned out this place is great. They offer all kinds of skin treatments and hair removal techniques, but most importantly the staff were all very professional and friendly people. I spent a bit more than I expected, but never the less I walked out completely satisfied.

Being a salon owner myself I'm hard to please. But I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another visit to Glo Beauty on Gilbert. The girls there are so friendly and they really know what they're doing. My favourite part of it all (Strangely enough!) is the front desk, where there are always a few clients and therapists chatting, being checked out, booking again and all with the utmost of ease. Clearly a very busy salon, the team here do a great job of making it all seem effortless. Also this salon carries one of my favourite ranges, O Cosmedics, a hot Australian cosmeceutical. Try the Bio White Dermal Plan, it's a definite winner. Rather hot feeling peel to begin, but cools down and ends with a rich rubbery calming mask. Would go here again for this peel pre-event and would go again for the delightful staff. 4.5/5 stars from me.

This salon has always treated me with respect & staff have always been friendly & accommodating. I've been going to the salon for many years and have never had an I'll experience. They are very professional & i have been recommending my friends & family to go there.

The girls have always do their best to fit me in last minute, they offer great services and products and are never pushy or rude. I've been visiting Glo Beauty Therapy at Preston for just over 12 months now. The salon is always sparkling clean and provides a comfortable environment for each treatment. All staff members provide great customer service and I am always seen either right on my appointment time or within a few minutes. Rebecca always provides helpful advice and outstanding service on every visit. I'm very grateful for the friend who referred me to Glo Beauty in the first place!
