I have never eaten here so can't vouch for the food although it looked yummy. I came here as they stock a few types of herbal teas that are hard to find anywhere else. So for me it is worth going a little out of my way to get my favorite teas. The service has also been very friendly, I have been there about three times.

Love the Vegan breakfasts and Lunch. Its great that the natural therapists are upstairs there too. I enjoyed a relaxing back massage. Good place to meet up with friends. Yummy food.

hard to find range of organic produce under one roof. the food usually looks appetising, and i enjoyed what i tasted; the range of dry goods is large, if a bit pricey.

They have a range of fresh, organic produce, vitamins and beauty products. There is also sit down food and drink service or takeaway. The fresh and cooked food does look to be of good quality but I think the prices are exorbitant. Service is also pretty slow.

Thiod in the cafe , buy good quality organic food and a great range of vitamins.. although a little expensive..you can have a live blodd analysis, or see a natropath or have a massage. Whatever you choice the experience will be a happy and heathy one .. enjoy a visit .. i certainly do.
