Disgusting customer service, tried contacting them for about 3 weeks on three different platforms and no reply, why bother having an email or facebook enquiries if you can't be bothered using it.Sending items to wrong addresses and items getting sent back to them for whatever reason, who knows when they don't contact you and let you know they stuffed up.These guys were reported to the ACCC from what i have read, that does not surprise me.I have bought from them in the past, but will be the last time.As someone who runs a small business customer service is a must, and people are tired of those business's that don't know how to communicate...time to get organized or stop trading GG...good luck!

Amazing service, representatives are extremely helpful regarding inquiries on orders. Haven't had any issues with their products, and they have been delivered before expected or on time. 10/10!

Not sure how many other people are out there that want a sword.... but my boyfriend seems to think they are cool.. :/ sigh...

This place is not the cheapest for the best quality swords but stock "good stuff" so i have been told.

If your buying for display purposes they have some cheap factory seconds and if you sign up to their free membership you get 10% off.

Customer service is lacking but not unbearable.
