Every time I go here, I am always greeted with a friendly smile. Helpful advice on choosing the right morning tea and always a great coffee.

Went there on a Friday morning so not very busy. Staff were not particularly friendly, no smile, no chat. I ordered a sugar-free iced coffee with cream. It was handed to me without cream and when I asked for it, there was no apology or smile, she just added it and handed it over.

A bit of enthusiasm would go a long way at this store.

Two gloria jean's in Chermside, one in the food court and one in Borders book shop. Service is good, they are usually very busy but can handle the steady stream of customers. Usually friendly service.

Great experience. Caramel latte was good and the girls prepared it very quickly. I would definitely go back for another one.

Quick service, girls always pleasant, I love the flavour of their coffee, and the
cakes sandwiches and muffins are amazing. They have a customer for life.

The service was good, the staff could be a little happier and pretend they actually want to be there, didn't have to wait long and they got my order right and it tasted great. I do think the price of coffee is overpriced these days but it tastes great!!! Thumbs up!!!
