This is a lovely place to have a coffee and chat with friends and family i go heremquite alot and order coffee the customer sercuce is spectacular and wouldmreally reccomend they know me by name and know what i order and how i order

Had a cappachino here just recently very milkly not a strong coffee at all asked for lite milk was given full cream ended up pouring it out skills there staff need to improve on is listening to customers

When I go to the plaza with friends or family I always look forward to sitting down for morning tea at Gloria Jeans, their service is great and their their waiting period isn't that long.

Whenever we go to the Plaza we always pop in for a coffee & treat at GJ's. Love their customer service there, just wish they offered eftpos or credit card facilities.

The coffee is always great and the pastries delicious. Tables could be cleaned quicker as there is always plenty of staff. Can be noisy as you are in the middle of a shopping centre but great stop for a drink at the Plaza.

I like the coffees but lets face it, sitting in the middle of the plaza isn't really very interesting or relaxing. Great service though. Good kids drinks.

The hot chocolates from gloria jeans at the plaza are beautiful, especially in winter, they have nice cakes etc too.

Gloria Jeans one of my favourite coffee's and this one a sunshine plaza always makes the best every time you go.
