The best hidden gem in the west for beauty and antiaging treatments! I have been coming for the last few years and love this place.

This place has been the best find ever with great service, friendly team and lovely treatments, I try almost everything over 6 years of visits and tell all my friends!

I visited the Newport store at 3/330 Melbourne Rd. I purchased a Scoopon voucher for a full set of eyelash extensions which included 2 refills. The first appointment went fine where the young beautician applied a full set of lashes. This morning 25/5 I went for my first refill and a senior staff member applied the refill. This was the worst experience I have encountered in my entire life! I was in pain throughout the procedure as the excessive glue was leaking into my eyes. She glued my eyes shut and in the process of forcing my eyes open she ripped off a few of my lashes! This was the worst pain I have ever experienced! My eyes were burning and red with tears non stop flowing down my face! When I tried to wipe my tears from my face, She slapped my hand down and shouted at me "lay down and be quiet". I kept telling her my eyes sting but she did not care! I had to lay down in pain fearing for my safety as I could not open my eyes. She showed zero concern for my eyes as she sat in front of her computer while I was left to look after myself, I even had to ask for a tissue as her care factor was zero. As I was leaving, I told her this was unprofessional and unacceptable treatment. She started laughing and told me "we have lots of clients and you're being a drama queen". She opened the door and kicked me out with my eyes sore and red and bawling. It's been over 3 hours since the refill and my eyes are still red and I can feel the chemical burns from too much glue when the adhesive was applied and my eyelashes were stuck together. Not to mention the seriously rude and unprofessional conduct where she slapped my hand and shouted at me and kicked me out when I tried to explain her conduct was unacceptable. I would never recommend Go Bella Beauty to anyone and I will tell all my friends about my horrific experience this morning!

Bought ipl on living social for $99 worth $3000. Booked an appointment and on that day i was 10-15mins late no joke thats all it was. When I got there there was a sign saying will be back at 1pm, it was 12. I read online in the additional terms and conditions that if you are late they will cancel your booking. I realised they decided not to wait and left for lunch so i decided to wait for the management to come back so i could book another time. I waited for 2hrs, till 2pm and still no one came. But the funny thing was is that throughout the whole time i waited I heard talking and noises and things being moved inside. I knocked and rang the doorbell so many times thinking they didnt hear me. I then realised after 2pm passed was that they didn't want to open the door for me to teach me a lesson, Never went back to do ipl which was $99 wasted. I would rather waste my money than have to deal with a business like this, what a joke. Believe me,, do not go to this place, they are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and YELL AT CUSTOMERS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE BELIEVE ME!

Had my service today; what a great experience. Thank you so much for the Package Deal. Cant wait to finish my package my skin feels so soft and also fitting in my nail pedicure. Im telling my friends about it.

I have seen the views of others little worried was Dealme customer.was skeptical about voucher deals.Cheap price would of liked to purchase another direct but seems you have to wait for the next deal . informative website.with great discounts in members service. Terrible. I booked. I phoned to confirm. I arrived. Nobody was there. I called and called. .. and texted. No response. Don't risk it if it's for a special occasion. :-(
