I was crawling around trying to make breakfast, and remembered that Andy Ross had helped me when I had back pain. (I was given a set of exercises to do which worked.)Ths time Andy Ross gave me acupuncture, and adjusted my lower back area, putting it back in the correct position. From being in absolute agony, I found myself pain-free . TOTALLY MIRACULOUS !! It was instantaneous
