I simply went in for a quote. The person who assessed my car was rude and grumpy. The receptionist was also short and unhelpful. I would not recommend these guys and will not be getting my car fixed there purely based off their unhelpful and abrupt manner. It sucks when you crash your car and this made it feel worse. I will not be supporting this business.

Exceptionally poor customer service focus, delay after delay at their Box Hill centre. If I didn't chase I doubt they would have completed it when they did. It took 8 days more than quoted without an apology.
I was originally quoted 2 weeks and called a week a later only to be told that they hadn't started work on the car.

The Go Rapid website doesn't work either and it's been at least 6 months without being fixed. It looks like they have merged with another business and haven't even set up a redirect.
It was very hard to contact anyone other than the branch itself but eventually I talked to a supervisor. He said he would follow through but it's been more than a week without hearing from him again.

They delivered on what they promised. They took the stress and worry out of having my car fixed by their courteous and efficient service. The car looks in showroom condition and I am more than pleased with the level of work and the excellent customer relations. Would recommend them to anyone who needs proffessional panel beating and spray painting.

I cant really rate them on value as am fully insured however everything else was brilliant. Very obliging, very courteous, treated as a person, would definitely use again.
