Exceptionally poor customer service focus, delay after delay at their Box Hill centre. If I didn't chase I doubt they would have completed it when they did. It took 8 days more than quoted without an apology.
I was originally quoted 2 weeks and called a week a later only to be told that they hadn't started work on the car.

The Go Rapid website doesn't work either and it's been at least 6 months without being fixed. It looks like they have merged with another business and haven't even set up a redirect.
It was very hard to contact anyone other than the branch itself but eventually I talked to a supervisor. He said he would follow through but it's been more than a week without hearing from him again.
