Company is a total rip-off got charged $1500 for 2 court appearances but because of Covid the correspondence was by email and a phone call which would have taken no longer than 10 minutes
Other poor things done but won’t drag it on do not use this company

Hi I'm Samson, I wish to express my gesture of appreciation and acknowledge high level of intelligence, timely attendance, and high level of patience by GTC solicitor, Andy Bazzi in handling my case involving serous traffic offence. I was very nervous about my case, however, after meeting Andy, I had a sense of hope. He arrived on time but the Magistrate Court in Gatton prioritise other matters, my lawyer waited patiently and presented my case very well. His advise before court to undertake certain activities were considered superb. Subsequently, my penalties were lighter than expected. Hence, I was overwhelmed with the level of outcome andI highly recommend him for matters that may seem complex.

Worst customer service. Took money for 1 hour session and provided service for less than 15 minutes. Prior to booking i discussed my case in detail and i was given assurance by the lawyer that i would get experienced lawyer for case discussion & recommendation- memo for court case. guess what.I got trainee lawyer who even couldn't provide recommendation & suggestion. spent less than 15 mins and she said she cant provide any recommendation/suggestions. also no notes or memo given to me. refuse to refund either. sadly cant give 0 star otherwise i would have done.

Four attempts to draft a letter of demand and couldn't get it right once for $800. Did nothing to help us and wouldn't reply to emails. All they succeeded in doing was compound our financial losses. Showed absolutely no attention to detail and didn't do anything they indicated they would do after taking our money. Wouldn't recommend or trust them even if they were free. Very [redacted inflammatory comment] and unprofessional.

Can't thank them enough - wonderful supportive lawyer that knew everything there was to know about my case and knew what I was going through.

another firm quoted $6000 for a case, GTC charged me an initial consult and told gave me everything I needed to proceed without a lawyer - in my circumstances it wouldn't matter if Jesus himself was defending me as I had a fixed fine and fixed penalty.... Same outcome but $5800 difference in fee's and I was confident when it came to my appearance date.

Good job guys, great to see a firm that cares about their customers more than their wallets.
