I, too, had a bad experience with them recently. Exactly the same problem Kath had. Specials advertised and when I asked about them I was harrassed by the salesman trying to upsell me because they didn't have the sales items in store.

I bought carpet shampoo and left.

We saw their sale sign up today. Carpet shampooer + steam mop for $99, and Hoover vacuum + steam mop for $99, so we went in. The salesman was a young guy - pushy!

They didn't have any of the steam mops in stock, despite having the sales signs up, and the salesman bullied and tried to upsell us.

We almost left, and then decided to buy the vacuum on special. Guess what? None in stock!

Bad business and really bad sales staff.

Never again will we enter this store.
