Quick service, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable product range. Downside is I knew the product I wanted and they kept trying to sell me a far more expensive item that was out of my price range. Their solution was finance. They lost interest when I refused and stuck to my original choice.

Bought a vac from them years ago, it was a lemon. Needed repairs 3 times. Went to David Jones and got a Dyson and its great. If it breaks DJ's just replace it on the spot. Godfrey's always try and service and you are left without a vac while it takes place.
