I have purchased numerous items over a 5 year time frame and never had a problem. My largest purchase was a $1500 refrigerator. Unfortunately it broke down. 2nds World replaced the unit free of charge within 2 days. The replacement unit also broke and the manufacturer gave me alot of trouble and refused to send a service person out in under three weeks. I called 2nds World and explained the situation. They replaced the unit with a different brand, higher quality and more expensive unit at no additional cost to me. Add to that it was done in under 24 hours and they gave me a $100 gift voucher to make up for the spoilt food. I always had a high opinion of the customer service they offer but that has now skyrocketed. They didn't have to replace the unit. It was past the 14 day make so it was in the hands of the manufacturer but they came to the rescue.

Quick service, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable product range. Downside is I knew the product I wanted and they kept trying to sell me a far more expensive item that was out of my price range. Their solution was finance. They lost interest when I refused and stuck to my original choice.

Service is always A1, big selection in all sizes. Tailor made available. Staff are friendly and able to understand your needs and time constraints. Postage of items is also available if you have an account. Costs a little more then the clothing store but you can avoid the wait for items to be ordered. Also a great selection of memorabilia, civilian clothing, hats, bags and small appliances.

Quick reliable service, reasonable prices. Friendly professional staff who cleaned up after themselves and provided useful maintenance advice to prevent further problems. Was satisfied with the service.

Always a relaxing experience. Have weekly specials advertised in the window as well as seasonal promotions. A very wide range of products and services. The hot stone massage is a fantastic birthday treat. If your after some quick waxing they can usually accommodate walk ins.

Very convenient location. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable and always happy to provide advice. Prices are competitive for this area and they always recommend a generic alternative if one is available. Good range or general merchandise.

Great to drop in and grab a treat for your moggy. They have a small selection of items that cover a large range but are happy to order in any products you might need. Staff are friendly and courteous but don't remember repeat customers.

Good value for money. Highly recommend the twinning. Staff are friendly and professional. Can sometimes get very busy so book in advance if you have limited time. That said they accept walk ins if you don't mind having a stroll around the mall and taking care of business for an hour or so.

Good quick service. Can get very busy and with traffic backing up onto the road can get a bit dangerous. Also sometimes difficult to exit in heavy traffic flow but they are convenient. Best to pick your time.

A quick easy dinner. The food is very nice and the price is reasonable. Service is slow sometimes but the food is always served hot. Parking usually isn't an issue with plenty of on street parking nearby. Wouldn't recommend dinning in as their isn't much room and you end up with a strangers rear end 2 inches from your face while your trying to eat.
