Brought a couple of vacuum cleaners in for service/repair. Glenn was our very friendly and helpful Customer Service Attendent. Definitely has my recommendation.

Sales staff quite a bit pushy with the higher priced items and quite long winded as well, but we ended up with what we wanted in the long run and the quality of the vacuum cleaner is great and does the job every time.
