I purchased a travel hairdryer, a cosmetic kit bag, a water boiler, some clear bags to go in my suitcase, a cashmere pashmina for those cold nights and a heat resistant mat for my curling tongs. I was very pleased with the quality of the merchandise and thought the after sales service excellent. There was a delay (not gogogear's fault), and they contacted me straight away and offered to post what they had and then to post what was still coming. I like a company that keeps you INFORMED as to what's going on. It saves a lot of headaches. When I contacted their staff to add a travel pillow to my purchases (which hadn't been despatched yet), they were efficient and had a "no worries" attitude, which I found very refreshing. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others and I will certainly buy from their on-line site again.
