I bought HP Compatible Ink from this company. They sell no-name toners for ink printers (guaranteed to be O.K. for the printer you're trying to match). This is the second time I've dealt with this company. I've found the ink to be of a high standard (works well in my HP printer), and products arrive within two days of ordering on-line.

I purchased a travel hairdryer, a cosmetic kit bag, a water boiler, some clear bags to go in my suitcase, a cashmere pashmina for those cold nights and a heat resistant mat for my curling tongs. I was very pleased with the quality of the merchandise and thought the after sales service excellent. There was a delay (not gogogear's fault), and they contacted me straight away and offered to post what they had and then to post what was still coming. I like a company that keeps you INFORMED as to what's going on. It saves a lot of headaches. When I contacted their staff to add a travel pillow to my purchases (which hadn't been despatched yet), they were efficient and had a "no worries" attitude, which I found very refreshing. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others and I will certainly buy from their on-line site again.

After ordering a few travel items, I was contacted by email but as I don't check my emails daily I was also contacted by home telephone to inform me that two colours I wanted were out of stock and would I have another. Goods arrived very quickly and I was especially pleased with the quality of the Anti-Theft Wallet and the RFID blocking Travel Waist Wallet. The quality was very good.

I purchased a Pacsafe Metrosafe RFID Blocking Anti Theft shoulder bag. There was a small flaw in the inside mesh pocket
which worried me as I thought general wear and tear would make it larger and small items eventually fall through.

After contacting Bagworld I was told to return the bag (they provided a postage-paid return label because the bag was
faulty) and I received a new shoulder bag.

There wasn't any stress to the return and the new item was despatched quickly.

I thought the after-sales service was excellent and the product is of a very high standard and I'm very impressed. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

When I need more travel gear I will have no hesitation in buying from this company.

Instead of using my credit card I have found it's a wonderful way to pay for items on-line. I just make sure I've cash in my pay pay account (transferred from my bank account) and I can pay this way. It's a far better way of keeping track of my spending. The company I buy from sends an email receipt and paypal also sends confirmation of what I've just spent.

All sorts of companies are starting to include paypal as a payment option which is great. You can purchase within Australia and overseas. You can also attach a credit card to your paypal cash account if you so desire. This service is free and only attracts a cost when you transfer money overseas. All is revealed on their site (which is very comprehensive) so there aren't any nasty surprises. Terrific way of purchasing without getting into debt.

Locally sourced goods take 1 - 2 weeks and goods sourced overseas 3- 5 weeks to arrive. This may sound a bit long but so far everything I have ordered has been of very good quality and prices are very reasonable. An easy website to follow and they have a very large variety of products. Australian company and I have had only positive relations with them.

Ordered toothpaste made in Australia (which is sooooo hard to find), hair gel, hairspray etc. on 20th August. Told order normally takes one week to deliver. Arrived 22nd August. Absolutely SHOCKED! But nicely!

Cedel's website is clear and easy to follow. No postage if you order $50.00 worth of goods. Although not endless products, there is certainly enough to make this an easy condition.

Believe it or not, I was looking for Australian made toothpaste. I had recently spent "years" checking all the toothpastes in my local Woolworths (Safeways), and not one toothpaste was made here.

So I went on-line and got sidetracked (as one is prone to do on the internet)!

Discovered Australiana Online. I enjoyed looking at their products and souvenirs and bought a few items (but not toothpaste).

Oh well I'll get that later!

Received goods three days after placing my order and was very pleased with the quality of these Australian made bits and pieces.

The only down side is the postage, (but I guess the customer either pays this or it gets added to the price of the goods).

I will definitely visit this site again.

I bought some ink cartridges for my Canon printer. They have a very clear website. Acknowledged my order same day. Receipt and despatch information on my email site the next day.
Order arrived quicker than expected.

At first I thought there had been a mistake with my order, but then realised they put together what I asked for in a different configuration (ended up the same amount in contents and price), which I thought was good (showed initiative).

Ordered on-line Sunday afternoon. Received acknowledgement and advice on despatch 9p.m. Sunday. Expected delivery in five days, actually arrived Tuesday. Received exactly what I ordered.
Invoice and receipt on my email site Monday.
