Natalie to called Chris to offer one of their electricians looking at my solar system. He checked my inveter and exisisitng installation completed by a company who were out of business. I had a call from Julie who gave me costings, savings and faith in a solar company.

I upgraded my system with Gold Coast Energy in 2014 .

I received a call from Gold Coast Energy informing me that the company who installed my solar was not now in business
They had a list of their customers and any issues I have to contact them
I asked them could they check my system for an upgrade
They sent a technician to my home free of charge to check my system
My system was ok for an upgrade I then requested for them to do the up grade
Gold Coast Energy installed my upgrade with very helpful friendly people
( 1 ) Kept me informed at all times and stages of work they were doing for me
( 2 ) Contact with them was easy and pleasant
( 3 ) Technicians were friendly and approachable
( 4 ) After completion of the work it was nice to have follow up and ask was all work carried out to my satisfaction
( 5 ) I would have no hesitation with recommending Gold Coast Energy to any one
