I could give zero stars I would. The initial consult fine, but started treatment without discussing costs or full plan disclosure. Additional products were added to the bill that you can get cheaper anywhere. Very pushy receptionist booked all future appointments without even asking what suits & then started reviving a barrage of ongoing confirmation texts. 2nd appt ran half hour late. No apology, but wanted payment before the consult as it was last one for the day & she wanted to go home (she didn’t tho). Several days later, got call to say the machine needed for my treatment was broken & they had to cancel all future appointments. For my treatment to work, I need weekly laser, otherwise the two treatments I had already were useless & the $375 spent was wasted. No apology, no offer of alternative option(s) & no offer of any compensation. It’s all about money with a care factor of zero for the patient. When pressed, She did suggest I phone around other podiatrists. Sure, but they all want a new initial consult fee etc. VERY disappointed with the lack of care for the patient and wasting my money. Would not recommend this practice to any one.

We are sorry to hear about your experience at our clinic and can understand your frustrations with the laser machine being broken.

The laser machine malfunction was, sadly, out of our control. And as we are relying on a 3rd party to replace or fix the machine, we believed canceling future treatments would be the best option for you so as not to keep clients in limbo for many months.

With the laser machine down, we have had many clients to reschedule and that process has been arduous, so our first point of call was to cancel clients, and get in touch with them once we received word of a fix.

A replacement machine is arriving next week.

We have called twice and left a message to discuss future options for treatment (should you want to move forward with us).

We have taken your feedback on board and will put an action plan in place if future issues arise with our machinery.

Again, we are sorry your experience wasn't satisfactory.
