I love their seafood. Very fresh, caught straight from the tank, weighed and charged by the weight. Food is great. Prices a bit higher than other Chinese restaurants but the food quality and tastes compensate for the higher price.

this restaurant has good quality food and always consistent in their standard. They have recently renovate but I have not been back there yet. The service is excellent.

I wanted to have YumCha for my birthday dinner, and we called up a few places to see if anyone offered it for dinner (as most don't). This place said they did do it for dinner, and we asked again to be sure, so twice they said they did. We make a booking and went there (a reasonable drive away)

They seated us next to the walkway, which I wasn't happy about (I don't know if they were otherwise fully booked, but there was only only other table occupied that I could see)... and it appeared that they were cleaning something off the table as they were seating us (they moved some things around, and I wasn't paying much attention, so I'm not quite sure)... As they moved the soy sauce bottle, I noticed soy sauce had been sloshed into the little bowl part, and down the front (not by them moving it - it was dried, so it was there from previous customers) My napkin had dirty marks on it. We picked up the menu and looked through - no mention of YumCha, so we asked the waitress, who said no they don't do it for dinner - but pointed out they did have dim sims and spring rolls... So we'd driven all that way because they had told us they did dinner yumcha, and they didn't - the table was dirty... and I didn't find their food prices to be that good value, given the lack of cleanliness and ambiance of the place.

So we left, and I won't be going back there again.

I usually have meals and sometimes Yum Cha from Gold Leaf restaurant, and the food is delicious. The interior is very glitzy but it can be hard to get a reservation. It always arrives steaming hot, or if you're at yum cha there's a wide range to pick from. The service is above average, but not particularly impressive.

I particularly enjoy the Yum Cha food here. It is cheap, and not too expensive with its dishes. The service can get usually rushed as it is one of the most popular Yum Cha places in Springvale. Overall, the place is always an enjoyable place to eat.

Though at times, it can be frustrating to get service. Overall, the food is very enjoyable and presentable. It is also very cheap to eat here and as a result, sufficiently satisfying.

I thought that it was overall a nice restaurant but then I thought that the staff was a bit impolite at times. The food alright it's relatively cheap so you do get your money's worth.

Approximate cost: $15
