The desk staff are always courteous even when clearly busy. I don't like that it can take a really long time to get an appointment sometimes, but understand that is because they have some great doctors working there.

Always have found the doctors to be very professional and helpful. The reception staff are very friendly which is good as it is a very busy centre. The nurses are also very good when required.

cant get an appointment when you want one, no follow up to serious health matters, incorrect information recorded on my file. one doctor there cost me a prospective job as he wrote on my medical clearance that i fell down stairs while drunk- when in fact i had fallen at work in front of witnesses. no actual apology from the doctor, just a written one from the centre. would not recommend.
