Nice little bakery with a great selection of cakes and pastries. Ready-made salad rolls are nice and fresh and great value. Danishes are lovely.

This is a great little bakery. The kids big and little love the cupcakes. Pastries are great as well as the pies. An all affordable.

I only went to this bakery for the first time today, tucked away in the Coles car park area on Brice Ave. It's really the best bakery i have purchased from in many, many months. Very small shop but don't be fooled, they make great food. The sausage roll was fantastic, and the bacon pie was absolutely fantastic. BUT the caramel slice i had was hands down the best one i've ever had in my life. Mallow, creamy, not an in-your-face sugar hit like so many others. And the value! I got the bacon pie, the sausage roll and a danish i think for another family member and it was less than $10! Value is extraordinary. They deserve business.

Sausage rolls, pies, caramel slice and custard almond croissants all had rave reviews at our place. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Prices are cheap and the staff are friendly. Will be going back again for sure.

I have been to this Bakery quite a few times and always found something yummy to buy there. The people are happy to serve you and always have a friendly smile for you.

Delicious cream buns / donuts and vanilla slices. They are well priced and have friendly staff. The pies are very nice as well

i found the bakery in itself was not really to my standads but other the bread was good and lovely and crusty

The bread here is absolutely delicious, it's not the cheapest around but it's worth it. I prefer it to the larger, chain company bakeries. The sweets are nice too, I haven't tried many of them but what I have was pretty good.

Pleasant staff, wide variety of freshly made bread and cakes, much nicer tasting than the nearby Franchise bakeries. Love their Hot Cross Buns and travel to get them every Easter. Neenish Tarts also really great.

Their veggie pasties are excellent. For those vanilla slice fanatics out there...theirs is meh ok, just a little bland, and probably ranks average (Bayswater Cake Shop is best for vanilla slices). Golden Pastry is certainly Mooroolbark's best bakery, and indeed better than most others in Melbourne's outer east. Everything is very reasonably priced too.
