Despite presenting Ivan with a very difficult challenge - a garage roof that barely met the minimum fall angle and that leaked like a sieve whenever it rained - he persisted until he had a working solution! Ivan did a thorough job inspecting what needed to be done; informed me of cost range (minimum plus extra subject to state of pipes / chutes), did great job (that didn't require the "extra" work), started and completed BEFORE his scheduled date, gave me advice on other roof / gutter issues, and my ONLY issue is getting him to send me a bill so I can pay him !

Ivan diagnosed the problem that caused the roof damage, took photos, and explained what repairs were needed. He arrived early and worked all day until it was completed. Result no more water cascading onto the verandah. Excellent job and very reasonable costs.
