Ivan was already recommended from a roofing supplier and we can now see why- we had multiple issues across our roof which Ivan seemed to navigate so easily through. I have no hesitation in recommending Ivan. He recently replaced our 3 skylights and resolved some long term complex flashing problems on a fairly flat roof. He was always polite and courteous and explained what he thought was the best solution. He will give you a realistic and experienced appraisal and go out of his way to hopefully ensure a long term fix. Honest and trustworthy; after we had accepted his quote he even revised it to pass the savings on to us when he was able to source a cheaper skylight manufacturer.

I would whole heartedly recommend Ivan his principles work practices. After having had six or seven plumbers look at an issue with the garage roof Ivan spent a couple of hours researching HOW TO RESOLVE the issue came up with a solution. He then spent 4 days replacing the garage roof installing a box drain gutter, made flashings and left a completely waterproof garage roof. No other plumber took the time to look into the problem or resolve the issue although they all did a bit of work and charged a fee. Ivan's fee for service was fair and reasonable. And he is currently working on a quote for another task on our property which I feel will will be completed without any angst on my part and will completely worth the cost.

Ivan was great. Took his time to make sure the job is done well at a reasonable price. Cleaned up after himself. Got him to fix a roof leak for us plus later install a outdoor tap for us.
