i purchased a new steam mop from them and after using it for about a month it leaked the water straight out onto my floors. I rang the store and told them what had happened and they asked me to return it to the store for them to take a look at it. I drove back to the store and a manager was quickly called to help me out. After checking the steam mop over and me explaining what had happened he was kind enough to contact the manufacturer and explain the situation to them. They agreed simply to give me another, very happy
