If this place was not a hospital it would be sued over and over again for how they treat patients. I have just had a stay in there for chest pain and would have been better off going to a vet. The day after being admitted i needed to have a blood test for Diabetes and a stress test for my heart. the Dr had seen me at 10.30 in the morning and advised i could go home after the stress test. Lunch came and went and the Dr returned asking if i had completed the tests. I told him no so he returned to do the blood test himself. The test was not able to be carried out as i had eaten lunch. I then went down to have the stress test done and 0 minutes or so was spent by the 3 young technicians trying to work out how to place the blood pressure cuff on me finally realizing it was on my arm upside down. However after all this the major technician comes in to say that he doesnt know how well it will work as the nurse had given me a Beta blocker prior to the tests. Medication was not put thru to pharmacy and my stay ended with a complaint. The food if you can call it that is as expected... terrible. the nurses are abrupt and need to learn that they would not have that job if not for sick people. The word compassion seems lost on alot of nurses these days sadly but they do have a few good apples in the bunch. My night nurses were fantastic and the Emergency dept was just as good.

i recently had hair extensions done here through a groupon deal. it was for 100 strands for $299. I thought what a bargain at the time considering they advertised 70 - 90 strands for a whole full head of hair look. The 100 strands covered the back of my head and 1 row on the side of my head only so i spent another $150 to get it looking ok. I left there unhappy with the look only to remove them within 2 weeks. Very disappointing and all up with extensions recolouring and hair cut i paid out $600 and loss my own hair removing the extensions.... NEVER again

My girlfriend and I decided to pop in here last weekend for a treat for ourselves. We were greeted straight away by friendly staff who led us into the next part of the shop which was dimly lit and had wonderful soothing music playing in the background.
My friend and myself had our backs done with oils and for $30 the half hour back, neck and shoulder massage was well worth it. In fact my legs felt like jelly and i had to wait a while before driving i was so relaxed.

I used to live behind this deli and it has had a change of ownership. I must say since the new owners have taken over I am less inclined to want to shop here anymore. The store looks dark and it seems cramped making things too difficult to find.

I purchased 2 new front tyres for my Magna a couple of weeks ago. they were fantastic, I just drove in , no booking and they were not only able to help with the tyres i needed but fitted them straight away for me. My car was left clean and the staff were very friendly. Thank you I now feel safe once again

I have just recently had spinal surgery by Mr Taylor. As far as i am concerned this man is like a god to me. After a fall at my local shops I was left with permanent pins and needles down my right arm, after doing a bit of looking around online i came across Mr Taylor and after reading his web page, asked my GP for a referral. I would recommend Mr Taylor to anyone that has issues relating to his area of expertise you will not regret it. I have never met a nicer man and cannot thank him and his staff enough for giving me back my life.

These guys are back up and running they used to be Healthpoint, Belmont. They are friendly and bulk bill which is a bonus to everyone, working or not. I never have a long waiting period and have always been able to get an appointment.

I was very dissapointed by the service here. I felt that my time was really wasted and no relief from the lower back pain i had seen them for. Just a heat pad over the area for 10 minutes and then what felt like a very gentle light massaging which didnt help at all. I decided after the fourth visit not to return again and save my money.

I recently had to have surgery to my spine and was concerned that my costs would not be met as they exceeded $10,500. To my surprise HBF paid the whole amount and i was even able to use my gap saver to pay for outstanding charges relating to the surgery.
