Horrible delivery service and not taking any responsibility.
My refridgerator was supposed to be delivered on 22/03, its been more then a week its not delivered yet(30/03/2022), its been rescheduled more then six times.
I wrote email to the good guys chatswood, but there is no word of apology or reply to email.
Couple of staff replied the phone called me back and rescheduled again I apreciate that, but there no sncere apology or completion of consignment.
I have already fully paid for the fridge and delivery.
I am using a faulty fridge at the moment which is also supposed to be taken away by them.
I paid $1615 for the fridge and $74 for premium delivery, that fridge was faulty, I talked with samsung personally and they refunded and I toped-up $803 on $1615 for another fridge, as I said earlier that fridge was suppose to be delivered on 22/03 and not here yet till 30/03. pm
Very very unsatisfactory service.

Easy parking. Huge store. Usually the prices are pretty good, and you can slash most prices by offering cash payment which is just awesome.

Service can fluctuate depending on who you've got as the sales person, but over all quite good. Delivery prices is quite reasonable, and often very timely. I'll be shopping with them again in the future for sure.
