Came in to just browse solutions for our TVs poor quality sounds and to get a price point and ended walking out with a great priced LG sound bar system. Sales staff were great, really knowledge on their product and differences in products. Not too pushy either. Great price point too.

I had a truly good experience at the Good guys today, except mine was rather with a Good Gal instead. Think her name was Nina. She remembered me and what I was looking for.

I came here twice - once to cruise the fridge section and take measurements and specifications and then later to actually make a purchase after I'd done some comparisons elsewhere.

The model of fridge I was after was not in stock so I was able to take the display model on the floor which was in perfect condition and this got me a hefty discount. Also the "pay less" for cash (cheque in this case) meant that effectively the delivery cost and take away the old fridge cost was negated.

Pleasant salesperson who didn't intrude but was informative.

Kept their word and delivered new fridge same day and took away old one.

So very happy all around. Big store and lots of options and they also play cool music. Could have been more people working on the register which you have to go through before you can get out the door, but it wasn't busy thank goodness.

I'll be needing some new small appliances soon and I'll go here first to get prices which I probably won't be able to beat elsewhere.

Salesperson very helpful, doesnt give your pressure. Great range of products, alot of display to look at.

Went here hoping to "pay less, pay cash" as they advertise and really was not given a good "deal". Took forever for a customer service person to even approach me to ask if I needed help.

great sales cheaper than most other electric appliance retailers.lots of staff, friendly and helpful.choice of interest free purchases which is great when you are strapped for cash especially at christmas time

wanted to buy a tv and was looking at there range for about 20mins. no one approached me to offer assitance. the store was empty of other customers and the sales staff were standing around chatting to each other. walked out very disappointed and never want to return
