Love how it feels very cosy and relaxing unlike those hardcore fitness centres. Showers are clean (very important to me) and I love the steam room and GHD straighteners (bonus). The gym size is perfect, not too big nor small. Sometimes you might have to hop onto other machines while waiting for the treadmill during peak times but that's ok. Great gym if you're working near Martin Place.

Not a bad place to work out. Can get crowded a bit when there are heaps of people. The gym has a real, homely, warm and cosy feel. Heaps of TV screens to look at when you take your rests between sets. Only a year and two months old, quite a new gym, located inside the Macquarie building on Shelley Street.

A nice, newly established gym with great new equipment and a relaxed vibe. This gym is nice to use as it's been done out very well and doesn't feel packed to the brim with people which makes it a pleasure, particularly when taking classes. The work out areas are quite separate and unlike some other clubs, I appreciate that while I'm working out I can't hear the booming music and yelling from a class, they seem to be quite well separated. And they even have an iphone app for your class timetables!
