Great Location, Bad Service
Sometimes no matter how lovely the view of the restaurant and how tasty the food is, bad service could just ruin your whole experience. Located in Macquarie shopping centre with such long opening hours (yay for late night hot chocolate!) The tables are always dirty lately whenever I go these days ever since the new part of Macquarie centre opened up. I always had to go and ask for our table to be cleaned. Some high school kids staffs were to busy chatting amongst themselves. Other than that, their chocolate is always tasty but a bit on the sweet side.

How funny that I'm reviewing WOMO at its very own website hahah! Loved the reward system however before I could claim my 4000 points for gift cards the points already expired and now I'm down to -200 points... WHAT?!? I'm sure that's in your T&Cs for the points expiry but I think minus point system is a bit too much, as if you're forcing the user to review to keep the account activated. I really don't want to make some lame/fake review if I have nothing worth reviewing... please consider changing your T&Cs...
Will keep using WOMO when searching for a new service though.

Spotted a leaflet for their grand opening special in a cafe nearby so I went there to check the place out and try shellac nail polish. I was greeted by an older lady with a big smile on her face and when I was being offered a spot and pick my nail colour I asked if the shellec are OPI brand. The lady seemed annoyed as if I asked too many questions (I just want to know what they are putting on my nails that's all!). I picked my colour then a younger lady came to paint my nails. My nails look pinker than what they looked like the the shop ( no coral tone when I got out of the shop) and I think that's due to the lighting of the shop so beware. The lady who applied the nail polish was quick (out of the shop in less than 18 minutes, not sure that's a good thing in this case) but bit careless as 3 of my 10 nails got fluff stuck onto the gel colour so I've got thick glossy nails with a fluff pattern on some of my nails... I didn't ask her to redo my nails as she has broken english and I just feel like they are just doing what I'm paying. (Grand opening special price is cheaper than normal price)
Won't return ever again, better stick with go old David Jones Beauty Bar... at least they won't risk damaging their brand with bad customer service.

This review is for Top Juice, Ryde NSW

I always have Top Juice whenever I feel like one and see one in shopping centres. This particular store is one of my favourites because service is fast and friendly. Coconut juice is a bit of a rip off ($5.50 just to cut open) so I recommend getting a jungle juice (coconut water + banana + mango) instead! Ingredients are pretty fresh and I like how they don't put ice in juice to blend. Also love the snacks that they stock even though they are not cheap either... Guess that's what you pay for healthier food these days!

Great japanese customer service, staffs are very friendly and helpful from the moment I entered the store to lining up to the fitting room. This store is known for good quality wardrobe basics at affordable prices, from denim jeans, chinos, cashmere to jumpers, cardigans and puffer jackets. Don't expect fancy patterns or design as this store is nothing fancy, just practical and comfortable. Will return in no time.

Excellent service and beautiful, elegant decor, just a little sparse and worn in places. I stayed one night over the weekend for $220. Good size balcony overlooking the gardens but the bathroom isn't as luxurious as I expected. The breakfast was really good but I'd get the French Toast they offer next time. Overall lovely place to relax and unwind.

Great tea, no service.
Great quality (takeaway) tea but the staff were either daydreaming or they didn't seem to understand simple English. I guess this is more of a grab and go tea shop. The price is not expensive but not cheap just like other Asian bubble tea shops around. Try the white pearls, they are surprisingly tasty.
Will still return but not for the service.

Agreed with the first reviewer. Ingredients all on display looked extremely fresh. Gourmet cafe quality but then with a gourmet price tag... I go there when I want a gourmet salad takeaway. The quality could sometimes be a hit or miss as some ingredients aren't always so fresh. One tip is to have a quick look at the ingredient display first before choosing your ingredients! Go try their spicy chicken in your salad... so deliciously addictive! Their 12 hour lamb (meat supposedly cooked for 12 hours) is their sell out but I find it a bit oily and salty.
Service is really friendly (cashier) but the salad lady can be a bit tight with the amount of portion she gives you.

Saw bad reviews from truelocal.com.au so I thought I'll share my experience here.
Went to Hilton outlet about a year ago, for a cut, wash and half head of foils. I was waiting for about 20mins (even though I had a booking) but the overall experience was great. The hairdresser (I think Sophie?) is very friendly and understood what I want. She suggested highlights for my regrowth instead of touch up with solid colour to give my hair more dimension and life. I really liked the 2 colours she suggested and it turned out great. Great head massage and wash, the massage chair was really comfy as well. I received heaps of compliments about my hair.

Would return again.

Colleagues' fav place when we have casual lunches with a group of guys and girls. Service is a bit slow but best chips (for $10 with today's special) with its gravy! Nice place to chill during summer. Good value for its location and food. Friday could get a bit crowded though so remember to make a booking beforehand.
