Very disappointing experience. I booked a service and clearly explained what needed to be done, but the garage ignored my requests. They didn’t even test drive the car, and when I spoke with the owner (the main mechanic), he denied our earlier conversation and hung up on me. I waited two weeks just to get in for a quote. The place looks clean and professional, but the attitude was rude and arrogant. Would not recommend.
I've been in the northern beaches for 3o years and have tried a number of tyre / wheel shops. recently I got fed up with bob Jane after 10 years of average outcomes, which included wheel damage and poor advice and on recommendation of my panel beater, switched to good spanner Brookvale.
long story short: after trying many many avenues to get a set of particular wheels and many visits to the store, I can say that Johno from the store has provided one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a very long time.
I highly recommend this store for product, service and honesty.
I needed a pink slip for my car in a hurry and drove past this shop and notice a sign that caught my eye. I asked for a pink slip but also mentioned the car needed a service and asked for a quote. They gave me my pink slip within 15 minutes and i booked my car in for a service the next week and was happy with the work.
