Used this company 15 years ago, and used their services again recently. Will have have to move next year and will go back again as the overall experience is excellent. That goes for the sales person, ladies in the office and the men moving the goods. Very trustworthy!

Removal of all furniture from Bateau Bay to Umina Beach including a number of palm trees. They were prompt, courteous and attentive to our requirements. Well done boys.

We had our house contents moved and stored and then delivered to our new house. From the initial contact and thru the process and even after all was finalised we received a friendly follow up call. Would recommend the service to anyone.

We had 2 containers of household furniture, some of it was extremely bulky, and over 200 plants in pots delivered to our new home, which was close to a 9 hour drive. Karis removals not only took the stress out of our moving, but made it enjoyable. Scott the driver went that extra mile for us and if we ever have to move again we wouldn't consider using anyone else. They were also very reasonably priced.

Local move, one 40 foot container and one 20 foot container. They arrived at 8am and were finished by 3pm with minimal damage or breakages.

Relocated a very bulky Confectionery Stand with plastic display buckets from Qld to NSW. These guys gave the best quote and were brilliant from start to finish. Great communication and friendly staff. Were recommended them by someone who used them 20 years before! Moving is a stressful business but the men made it a very pleasant experience on the day, ie Scott, Nathan, Jared & Anthony. The four of them performed extremely difficult tasks including a huge wall unit and dining table (solid timber) without any drama (well not what I can witness). They set up my tv with all its accompanying recorders, players etc and fixed my bed-head and side tables as they were never put together right when I purchased them. I recommend Gosford Removals (Karis) highly for their professionalism and also the office staff Karen, and Darren the Sales Manager, for their courteous and friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Well done Gosford Removals for making my moving day a good one.

We moved from Hervey Bay Qld to Patonga. Found this firm in the Wide Bay local directory. From the very first phone call the move has occurred effortlessly. Office staff very helpful, the 'back-load' price good, the uplift team very efficient and careful, delivery happened exactly as planned and with a very accommodating crew, movement of some goods to storage easy/peasy. A delight to work with people who know their business.

The guys were very friendly and took great care with our furniture. They kept us informed of when I furniture had arrived at the destination and were punctual with their advised times. The 50% refund offer on the transit insurance was also very good value and gave us peace of mind at a reasonable cost. We were delighted with the service we have received from Karis Removals and Storage in Gosford. Even though we had to change our date for delivery of our furniture 3 times, they took it all in their stride. We had new timber flooring and stairway and Jason and Luke took such good care not to damage it even though they had to contend with our double door large fridge/ freezer which they actually carried up the stairs. We were very impressed and would like to thank them and Karis very much.

This is the second time we've used this company for large, complex moves, the last one interstate from Central Coast, NSW to Northeastern VIC. I would rate their standard of service at the highest level, Darren was excellent at communicating with us, Cathie and Lyn were excellent at keeping up with the logistics, no deviations on the quotation, no nitpicking about the cartons, no damage, and a guy named Wes who made it all happen effortlessly at the removal end. All good.
