The photographs are definitely beautiful but the prices are outrageous they try to get you straight to the most expensive package at over 3000 dollars then come down 7 wanted to buy the pictures but cannot justify paying that amount of money if they were not so expensive they would get more business. sharon gettie sa

I felt extremely roped into this. My toddler was trying to run away at the time at my viewing appointment. And I was absolutely shocked to find that the minimum cost of a package is a grand. It just seems very scam-like to me :( Roping in vulnerable women by staff who pretend to care of their needs is rather morbid. I shared how I was a single mother doing everything on my own, but they were still trying to make a sale. I don’t only blame the company for being cash grabbers, but I also question those who work for a business who completely take advantage of parents. Where I got them from was in a lower socioeconomic area. Yeah, you can have a payment plan, but still.
It’s extremely expensive. I think I could have bought a thousand dollar camera and took amazing photos my self. Ah well. I’ve learned my lesson.

If I could give this company minus stars I would. My experience was terrible and the way this company dealt with my issue was extremely unprofessional. The lady told me a completely different price then charged me thousands of dollars. When I went back to ask for a refund she said “sorry you can’t get a refund now” (which was completely false) head office was making it very difficult to get this all sorted they blamed me for it all and added on extra things to charge me for, after days of me constantly calling them I finally got a refund of less than half of what they stole from me. I am a young mum who is out of pocket thousands which is money I didn’t have to spare.

Please never ever go to this company they don’t care about you, only money.

Pictures are beautiful however the whole thing is mainly background and the cost is just rediculous!! Mine came damaged and was just not worth the money. I don’t understand how they get away with charging the prices they do when Kmart/big w/office works can do the exact same thing for less money and same quality !! Blows my mind.

These people are just making fool there customers. You can see them in the mall or shopping centres. First they will ask you to click some pictures and will give you one free and if you like other pictures, you can pay and get your all the pictures, which is $295 each, even the free picture is also not free. They will give you just half frame and very cheap quality of graphics.
Please don’t waste your heard earned money this kind of scams.

While on holiday we came across gotcha photography I had to persuaded my daughter to have some photos taken but I’m glad I did because I must say the photos were stunning . At 295 per photo they r not cheap but they r so beautiful and a lot of time would have gone into creating these lovely photos. I am not wait to hang them on the wall

I was walking through a mall and the Gotcha photographers offered to take pictures of our two small children. Both children were close to the end of their patience for the day, and I didn't think they would be able to get any good pictures of them - but the photographers assured me they would. The pictures are absolutely beautiful. I don't know how they managed to get such great results from two grizzly kids. Amazing photos. Thank you.

Both my daughters have had photos taken with Gotcha! Magic at seperate occasions. Staff were lovely. Yes the individual photos are not cheap but packages are great value. Payment plans are available too. I’m mostly impressed with customer service, always prompt and professional. I love the photos I purchased and the complimentary photos too. The second key ring I purchased was not as clear as the first but they were only $15. I’m pretty happy with Gotcha!

Way to expensive, the background is most of the photo. Wanted the package but it was way to much for me so I just got one photo. I wish they were not a rip off.
