very helpful, advice and procedures to take for medical situation very good, very professional, very caring at time of uncertainty with a sick child. Was on the weekend and didn't have access to GP and wasn't sure if situation required attendance at hospital. Advice was excellent and would not hesitate in calling again

For those of us lucky enough to live in the Hunter Region, this would have to be the BEST medical service we have access to. When my children are sick I am able to ring the nurses on the advice line for some guidance and if they need to see a GP after hours (when they usually get sick) I can usually get an appointment at a clinic. (There are a limited number of appointments per evening). This business operates 365 days of the year-it is reassuring to know it is available
