The Hair & Beauty Project in Wickham is a group of enterprising lovely ladies who are all independent but within the one location. The Project is located in an industrial area and the premises is fronted by a small coffee bar but once inside it is a busy hub of hair and beauty gurus doing their thing. Lots of fun and most importantly great service.

Ordered $250 worth of clothing from CR online (Victoria) only to have their far from smart courier Star Track Express deliver my parcel to the wrong address (they did not ask for identification from the tenant at incorrect address). CR claim it is my fault however, this is the 2nd time I have had a problem with their online ordering system not picking up one digit in my address. Basically someone else in my street has received and signed for my parcel, which is theft. The online customer service person has basically told me bad luck, my fault and I have been charged. I'm sure CR are financially big enough to write my loss off on their shrinkage/ insurance. I will NOT be shopping with CR anymore, in fact I've gone "off shore" to NZ- they offer far superior quality garments and far superior customer service.

For those of us lucky enough to live in the Hunter Region, this would have to be the BEST medical service we have access to. When my children are sick I am able to ring the nurses on the advice line for some guidance and if they need to see a GP after hours (when they usually get sick) I can usually get an appointment at a clinic. (There are a limited number of appointments per evening). This business operates 365 days of the year-it is reassuring to know it is available

After my trusted family dentist moved away to Sydney I was worried that I would not find a dentist as good. The Islington Dentists were recommended and all of my family (parents, siblings and my own children) all come here. I have just had a re-alignment of my teeth which under an orthodontist would have cost me around $5000, these dentists were able to assist for a considerable lot less. Highly recommended.

I am happy to recommend Dr. Michaela and her staff with regard to caring for our pets. Lambton Veterinary Clinic is a friendly, happy clinic (for humans and animals) which is open on weekends and has a range of extra services such as grooming.

I live in the Hunter and prefer to travel to Taree rather than Sydney to buy funky, fashionable shoes. The range and service is terrific and these people are very friendly. I have recommended this store to as many of my friends as possible.

Here's a rare-hairdressers that actually LISTEN to what you need and want! Amanda and Jade are the friendliest, most cooperative hairdressers I have ever been to (and after 10 years continue to go to).

I have been bringing my children to Simpson's ever since they started school. Craig and his staff are the best at fitting shoes for growing feet and stock quality brands such as Clarks. There is also a moderate selection for ladies and men. I recommend the store for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

A lovely old-fashioned family business, where values of service are still practiced by all the staff. The shop smells of leather (wonderful) and has a great range for all the family. The ONLY stockists of NAOT shoes in Newcastle. These people are lovely.
