Jari was thorough, considerate and hard working. Always punctual and flexible with his availability. He had a vested interest in our troublesome bathroom project and was always patient in explaining how things worked and problem solving with my cheap eBay fixtures. All the other plumbers scoffed when we were getting quotes but Jari carefully considered our options and took the job on at an amazing price. As first time renovators, we were easy targets to be overcharged and taken advantage of, but he was nothing but supportive and helpful all the way through (including a late night call of tears and desperation after we'd damaged one of the taps!). I honestly can't recommend him enough! If you want someone who is going to be an honest, reliable worker who isn't going to rip you off - give him a call. I have already recommended him to all my family and friends!
