My husband took in a subwoofer to get repaired, took approx 20 minutes to explain the issue to the lady behind the counter. She answered a phone call while I was trying to detail the issue to her! We haven't heard a thing back from them and I'm not holding my breath that the problem will be resolved. Avoid.
