We have enjoyed every time we have been to Grays and the food seems to get better every time. Thank you to the chef the the absolutely lovely vegetable soup on Saturday 27 March and Roast. Both were scrumptious. Love the friendly bartenders and the relaxed feel of this local pub.

Been here a few times. A real traditional pub meal. Big, tasty and well priced. Decor is good, staff are friendly. Great for a casual meal. I love it there.

Great pub food, especially the beef schnitzel - huge serves so bring your appetite. Don't forget to check out the well at the end of the bar . . seriously, it's a hole about 50m deep in the restaurant.

Food was good, but not as varied as some other hotels. Liked the overall atmosphere of the place and the staff were good. The bar area is very nice and trendy and worth going to for a drink!
