Had a great experience at Great Cut Erina near Coles yesterday by Casy and the team!
Iv been going there for a year now and have always come out feeling very satisfied! This time I went in for a total change of colour and the enthusiasm and expertise that was show helped me take the plunge.
And I’m extremely happy with the outcome!!

I've been here and had a fantastic cut and I've been here and had a bad cut - it just depends on who does your hair. Once you know who does good ones it's okay because I just keep asking for her in particular to do my cuts. The price is cheap, I don't have to waste time getting my hair shampooed (they just cut it straight away) and I don't even need an appointment almost all the time. I like that it's a bit like McDonalds in a way! I don't need to muck around too much just to get a hair cut. There is a loyalty card too which means you get a free cut every so often.

Not impressed with Great Cuts at all. Was charged for 3 hair cuts when it was only 2, when I enquired the staff member was very rude, instead of apologising she just walked away and let someone else deal with it.

I had to come back to have my hair recut as it was crooked, and I asked for a different hairdresser than the original person. While I was sitting waiting I had the original hair dresser giving me dirty looks the entire time.

The lady who recut my hair however was lovely, very friendly and apologetic, she checked that I was happy before she finished, pity i didn't get her the first time.

Definately will not be going back here.

Was not impressed with the attitude of some staff members.

Brought my daughter for her first hair cut, but not worth $17 for a 5 mins child straight hair cut - even I can do it myself. The hairdresser did not bother to put her hair back in ponytail afterwards. They were gentle with her, so her experience was not bad - but bad for my wallet.
