We have been coming here for years to this practice and I'm delighted to have found greater knox dental – all the staff and dentists are very professional, kind and fantastic at calming nervous patients! I also really appreciated their explanations of what they was are doing during the appointment, which also helped make it a more relaxing experience. This was by far the most pleasant dental clinic I've had and even thoughw e have moved away, I am more than happy to travel from where I live for future appointments. Finally all the costs are very reasonable.

My family and I have been coming to see Dr Jamie for 11 years now, and our experience with him has has been fantastic! I see Dr Jamie for a dental checkup every 6 months like clockwork. I get a convenient reminder to attend my appointment, I show up to the clinic and am greeted with a warm smile from the friendly staff. Wait times are short - within a few minutes I’m whisked away to start the procedure.

Here’s why I keep coming back to Jamie, at the start of the appointment he enquires about my general health condition as well as new developments specific to my teeth. Throughout the procedure he takes particular care to explain what he is doing, why he is doing it, and that I’m comfortable. At the end of the procedure he recounts his observations about the health of my teeth and then explains how my general health and the health of my teeth are connected and what I can do to ensure both remain in good stead moving forward.

I wish all health professionals cared this much about their patients!

I brought my youngest daughter here. She was about 7 at the time and was terrified of all dentists doctors and nurses. The team here were so warm and welcoming and chatted to my daughter and made her feel very comfortable straight away.
Dr Jamie was so patient and understanding that she was terrified and spent time talking to her, giving her stickers and giving her a ride on the chair. Both my daughters love the Dentist now.

This was my first visit to a dentist in a long time and I found the experience an amazing one. I discovered that Dr Jamie and the team are extremely thoughtful, caring and gentle. And that made me feel relaxed in their practice. The whole premise is so clean and modern and state of the art equipment. I had a check up and clean in a very professional manner.I was talked through the procedure, and with up coming dental work to be done, we discussed a plan and pricing in detail.

My children couldn't stop commenting about how kind Dr Jamie was. He took the time to explain how to floss and brush with them and even let them take part in the cleaning process with him. They all felt really comfortable there and responded to the warmth of the dentist especially.

I had a dental emergency before my wedding, there is no way I would have been able to attend my own wedding if it wasn’t for greater knox dental. Dr jamie was very knowledgeable and his manner was gentle and reassuring. His staff too were simply amazing. My visit was for an emergency, but now I have signed up to be a regular patient in this amazing practice because good dentists are hard to find.
