My Lennox heater has not been working well. I called Grech and explained the problem and asked for someone to come out. Took 3 weeks the first time (they forgot..they mislaid my details). Finally we made a time. Guys who came out arrived at a completely different time, but I wasnt going to complain. Not being able to find the problem, they recommended a new thermostat. Paid $627. Problem continued and got worse. Called again, again left my details with the manager. No one called back. Finally called him on his mobile at 6pm after waiting for the 3rd day in a freezing house with 3 small frozen children. He yelled at me "this is an emergency number!!" and hung up. Unbelievable! Rude, inefficient and very disappointing.

My aircon stopped working so they came to check it. It was my fuse!!! Response was fairly prompt but there was nothing actually wrong with the aircon!
