The green palm @ the glen shopping centre has the worst service I have ever had!
I called ahead to book a back and shoulder massage in my lunch break whilst working. The lady on the phone said yes we r free come now - so i did!
When I walked in the lady looked me up and down and said I would need to wait 20mins - NO ON WAS IN THE SHOP! I explained I called and was on a lunch break - she didn't care - I walked out furious [retracted other company name] Worst worst staff there - so rude and don't belong in a customer service roll like that!

Approximate cost: $35

Reall nice massage, the lady new my sore spots without me telling her. Nice setup. The only reason I didn't guve 5 stars is because it's quite noisy as you can hear the noise from shoppers walking by ect. Will probably go back
