While not a great cafe, it is in a great location.

Okay so the location
- On the shores of Lake Enoggera
- Near the designated swimming spot
- Under the gum trees
- Near serveral hiking tracks
- Above a zoo

So the cafe
- the food is bland and boring
- the service is okay

Basically if you are going to Walkabout Creek for a swim, to visit the zoo or go for a hike, then it is ideal, otherwise people never go out of there way to come here.

This is separate to the function centre, and has its own nature, out door atmosphere. We love going here for Sunday breakfast. Approx $20/head, but is a beautiful buffet with the most yummy food. A big hit with all the family and a truly unique setting amongst the forest.
