Very professional for me. He installed a replacement central heater 7yrs ago and also a replacement hot water service 4yrs ago. Great pricing, Great Service, Faultless installation. At the time he was working alone. (He did recommend a external servicing company but they were bad) I wil be getting another quote now.

Greg from Whitelaw plumbing was extremely extremely rude and totally unprofessional. He installed a heating unit which failed to work on the second day. I transferred full payment prior to installation because he insisted on it. When we called him to report the unit not working, he gave some lame excuse that he could not come out for another 2 weeks; while my young children had to endure the cold winter even though we paid for a brand new heating unit. We continued to call him but he refused to pick up and ignored the calls. We discovered that he had installed a used unit not a brand new one. The case in now with VCAT.

Just had a Braemer ducted heating unit installed (replacement) by this company and I could not fault them. Their quote for same was by far the most reasonable. The unit was installed within 3 days and the 2 installer; Josh and Greg were friendly, efficient, very professional and left the site after installation with nothing to clean up. I think this is the first time I have given such a positive review, but you have to give credit where it is due!!

Really happy with Greg's service. I wanted ducted heating installed in our home, and sent off 3 enquiries. Greg was the only person who got back to me. He came around to create a quote, and happily answered all my questions. Less than 2 weeks later, we have our new Brivis system installed. Greg and his team arrived when they said they would. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They took the time to carefully choose the best locations for each of the outlets and controller. Highly recommend :)
