I went to pick up script and was horrified when the young girl serving me just suddenly took off saying sorry to go and greet a friend that had just walked into the store. I had already been waiting for my script for ten minutes. Totally disrespectful behaviour and if I hadn't needed the script would have gone elsewhere to conduct my business. Hoping this won't happen again and the store reviews their staff performance. Aside from that store was neat and tidy and another staff member stepped in and took over the sale apologising for the inconvenience.
