Went in yesterday with my partner to change over my current health insurance onto my partners policy. The lady that served us made the process so simple and easy and provided us with a friendly helpful and professional service. I was very impressed as she didn't even get flustered when the computer decided to go awol. Some of the best customer service I have come across in a long time.

The old tractor finally gave up the ghost and needed repairs so had it trucked into town for repairs. I received a phone call later that day advising me that the parts needed were going to be difficult to source due to the age of the tractor but that he would keep trying. He contacted me two days later and had been able to source the required parts from overseas. The repairs themselves were completed as soon as the parts were received, which he rang advised me that they were there and he would get done that same day. I was expecting to have pay a considerably large amount and was guessing around the $5 K mark so the bill when it arrived was a very reasonable under the circumstances and the nature of the repairs required.

We are in the process of doing some DIY renovations and I went in looking for some paint. We had already selected the colours that we wanted but I was very pleasantly surprised when the salesman advised that two of the colours we had picked could be purchased cheaper if we opted for a slightly lighter colour. This ended up being a saving of over $10 on one particular paint. I noticed that the store is in the process of some renovations but I am guessing this is because the premises are quite old and dated. The service I received was great.

My laptop developed a virus of some sort where I could not get rid of annoying pop up that kept trying to get me to install it. I rang the business and was told that I could take my computer to one of the guys that lived in my town and they would deliver it back the next day. I couldn't believe that I didn't have to take it in there myself which would have been a 100km round trip for me. The laptop was delivered as promised the next day and the bill was a pleasant surprise and was clearly itemised so that I could see exactly would had been done. Highly recommend these guys and I found out later that will also do home and office visits to assist with any computer problems.

I had been advised by my local dentist that I would need to see a dental surgeon and had been referred to someone in Perth, but the specialist had no available appointments until late December. I was in considerable pain a few days later and my local dentist was away on holidays - a friend suggested I try the dentist in Kojonup and as I was in so much pain I decided to just drive there and see if I could get an emergency appointment. The dental surgery is very impressive built out of stone and the furnishings are very comfortable. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and explained why I needed to see the dentist and showed my referral papers that included my medical details. I was told the dentist would see me as soon as he finished with someone else. I had not expected to get in that quickly. I only ended up waiting about ten minutes and relaxed as soon as I sat in the dentist chair as I was looking out over a beautiful rose garden. The dentist actually just kind of picked at my sore tooth and I felt a quick shot of pain - but then the pain was all gone. I was so pleases aa after a subsequent follow up with my on dentist it turned out I had no need to go to the specialist

Went on a Thursday night to get takeaway burgers for tea for the family and my first impression was not good - the shop didn't look clean. There were only a few small tables available to sit on and these were taken up by a group of teenagers who appeared to friends with the person that was working there. I was not attended to until they had finished their social chat and the manner that I was spoken to was not professional in any way. I actually got a 'What do you want?" In other circumstances I would have left and ordered food elsewhere but was too tired to bother. I ordered 4 chicken burgers and $4 of chips. I was told that would about ten minutes. I actually waited for nearly 25 mintues. The burgers themselves were drowned in Mayonnaise but the chips were very tasty and the chicken itself was nice. Doubt I would go here again even though it was a bit cheaper than where I usually purchase takeaway in town.

I went specifically to buy some nice steak for tea and was warmly greeted as soon as I came in the door even though there were other customers there as well. I was told I would be served in about five minutes. The shop itself is very clean and all produce is clearly displayed in the front counter with prices very visible. I asked for some really nice steak and was told about their own 'New Orleans Steak' which I ended up purchasing six medium size steaks. It was a bit pricey but after tasting it will definately buy again as a special treat at least once a month. Mouth Watering and so tender. Yummy Yummy

My visit to this pharmacy was as a result of a change in my medication. I was greeted as soon as I came in the store and my script was taken directly to the pharmacist. I only had to wait about five minutes when the script was brought out to me by the pharmacist himself and I asked him about possible side effects. He gave me very detailed information and also warned not to mix with this medication. He also took the time out to provide me with a hard copy about the medication in case I forgot anything he had told me. It was a pleasant surprise to get such one on one service from the pharmacist himself.

I booked in for an all over colour and highlights plus a trim. The studio itself is beautifully presented and had a lovely relaxing scent wafting through from scented candles burning in the waiting area. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and taken straight through to the salon that had the same tasteful and relaxing decor. I was asked to confirm what I was booked in for and had a good discussion about what colours would suit my complexion and features. My hair was washed and I was given a head massage at the same time which was very relaxing. The colours were then put in and while I was waiting for them to set I was asked if I wanted a cup of coffee and magazine to read. I was not left totally alone at any stage and was included in the discussion with the other hairdresser and her client. It was a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The overall experience was very pampering and the best part of it all was the price at the end. Very good value and I got the style cut and colour that I wanted

I had to have a headlight repaired and a service completed on my Holden vehicle and I asked for quote on the cost prior to booking my car in. I was genuinely impressed with the puctuality of the vehicle service and repair being completed as stated and that the quote given was actually accurate. There where no added extras and the head mechanic spoke to me directly about some maintenance that my vehicle would require and told me how much they would cost but also explained that they needed to be done within the next six months in order to avoid even costlier repairs.
