great timely service but wasn't to my satisfaction. I've had better food at the same price but it is a great location for a one time experience!

Absolutely horrible excuse of "quality food" I ordered the Griller Combo with a rack of ribs and chicken breast with chips, steamed rice and potato and gravy. The chicken breast was thin and overcooked. The ribs were shockingly small- there wasn't even enough meat to make a sandwich with! It was all bone, and what little meat there was, was tough, overcooked and tasted like cardboard. The potato and gravy didn't taste like potato at all, it was bland and disgustingly thick. The chips were soggy and cold and the rice was sticky and gluggy. Everything went straight in the bin. What a waste of $35. Will never order from here again, absolutely pathetic!

We placed our order for Grillers Steak & Ribs for the seafood basket and the rib meal, which both promised 2 sides and 2 sauces. We received a text message saying it will be ready in 58 minutes. After 40 minutes we got a call to say it was ready but as we were planning to be there later our food sat in the restaurant getting cold. When we got there it was a huge struggle to find the place as they are not called Grillers Steak & Ribs but as something entirely different and it's clearly an Italian restaurant. After a lot of confusion we went inside and the staff could not locate our order and had no idea what was going on. We took the food home and were severely disappointed. Both meals only came with 1 side and 1 sauce, the "seafood basket" was a tiny bit of battered fish, 2 calamari rings, 2 prawns and a scallop. The ribs were hands down the worst I have ever had! The were tough and fatty and had a very scarce amount of bbq sauce on the making them very dry. The wedges were soggy and disgusting. My meal was not edible and I had to get something else for dinner. This was a huge waste of $43 and has ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable quiet evening with take away.

Grillers recently started doing home delivery which is great. The first time I ordered steak, steam vegies with gravy I was really impressed. Everything was cooked perfectly & you would never know that the meal had been transported.
My second order was terrible, the same meal but the steak was still frozen in the centre and the vegies were much. As it was over Christmas I will give them another try but stipulate carefully my cooking preference for the steak
