The nanocoat product that was applied to my brand new shower screen did not work. After about 3 weeks use my shower screen was densely stained from minerals in the water - worse that if it had not been applied. Rang [Redacted due to mentioning name] who has failed to turn up to rectify. I have since removed the nanocoat surface and my shower screen is now back to new again. Very disappointing product and service.

Very disappointing overall, product application was very sloppy and lacked attention to detail. Had to get them back a second time to re-do. A more serious issue arose which I bought to their attention in August. It took until December for them to make the time to look at it and an appointment was made in January to rectify the problem. No-one showed for this appointment or for the following two appointments made, nor did they bother to ring to say they couldn't make it or respond to my texts or phone calls looking for them. They were fully aware I was taking time off work to accommodate them. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with and based on their total lack of after sales service I suggest you don't waste your money on them.
